23 Athinaidos Street, Voula, Greece

Set on a corner plot in coastal Voula, this seven-level residence is defined by staggered horizontal slabs and intentional asymmetry. The design rejects symmetry to create a dynamic architectural composition that responds to light, view, and privacy.

Four sea-facing apartments feature expansive terraces, deep cantilevers, and recessed glazing that dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior. A material palette of exposed concrete, timber, and glass forms a dialogue of mass and transparency.

The building integrates three private pools, a rooftop garden, and underground parking, all while prioritizing passive environmental strategies and a sculptural presence along the Athenian coastline.
